Fall Things

I love everything about fall. I especially love the endless crochet projects that come along with the season. Here are some pumpkins that I made this season. I trimmed some of the beautiful Dahlias around my yard, they were too pretty to not put in the picture!

Last year I made these crochet acorns. Basically I just made a small crochet ball:

1) Make a magic ring

2) SC 3 into ring

3) 2SC into each stitch (6)

4) SC around

5) Decrease (3)

Finish off

Then I hot glued acorn tops that I found in the mountains on a weekend getaway.

I also sewed a pin onto the back of them. The pins you can get at Michael's or any craft store.

The acorns look so cute on a backpack or a denim jacket for fall!
